Hi, my name is Robin, and since 1991 I have enjoyed helping men, women and children with their hair care. Haircuts are always fun but my passion and large following over the years has been in hair color with techniques including balayage, root smudge, ombre, and color correction. I also do Perms and eyelash tinting as well as most everything on our menu. Once the hair has been cut and colored I try to educate our guests on the correct hair products for their hair type and styling techniques to help them recreate the look achieved at the salon. I studied at the Wilfred Beauty Academy in N.Y.C. My apprenticeship was with the owner of Gil Gamlielis Beauty Group on Madison Avenue before returning to my roots in Jefferson N.H. With our children out in the world and a desire to escape snowy winters, we decided Vail looked great. So in 2019 we made the decision to move to Vail and I started my new career with Bavilon Salon. Hi, my name is Shannon, and I just love being a part of the Bavilon team. I enjoy women’s haircuts, short, long or curly hair. Men’s cuts. Hair color, incl. blonding, natural highlights, gray coverage balayage and root smudge, a few of my specialties. My career started with a one-year apprenticeship in Colorado, and after that I worked for the same salon for over 13 years. I took on many advanced classes including, razor cutting, precision cutting, many coloring techniques, lots of men’s cutting as well as curly cut techniques. I enjoy meeting new clients and making their hair the best it can be for their individual needs. I believe that communication is key, specializing on the client’s needs and lifestyle, as well as providing education on how to style, and use the best products to achieve the best possible hair for each client. I strive to continue my education to always bring fresh current ideas and styles to my clientele. I look forward to seeing you in the salon!

Hi, my name is Lacy. I have been a licensed cosmologist since 2013, and I have since developed a strong passion for haircuts and hair color, particularly in mastering blonding techniques to achieve the perfect look for my clients. I am certified in eyelash extensions and various types of hair extensions, allowing me to offer a wide range of services. Additionally, I also find great joy in creating beautiful perms. Throughout my career, I have dedicated a significant amountn of time to perfecting the art of eyelash extensions, which complements my love for hairstyling. There is something truly special about how transformative the power of a great haircut, color, or perm can be.
